Custom orders are billed through paypal.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed in the order they are received.
- In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days.
- Pre-order or made-to-order canvases will have estimated ship times noted in the listing or in communication with Jennifer.
US Shipping
- We ship via USPS (or preferred carrier).
- Once a package leaves our studio, JJ Stitchhouse is not responsible for carrier delays.
- If your package appears lost or damaged, please reach out and we will assist you.
Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused, unstitched canvases.
- Items must be returned in original condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Custom or personalized items are final sale.
