Are your canvases hand-painted?

Yes! All JJ Stitchhouse canvases are hand-painted. Because each piece is painted by hand, slight variations may occur — this is part of what makes every canvas special and unique.

Do you offer custom designs?

We do! We love collaborating on custom pieces.

To get started, please instagram DM us:

  • Design inspiration or reference photos

  • Preferred size

  • Mesh count (if known)

  • Deadline (if applicable)

Custom pricing and timelines vary depending on complexity.

Do you sell fibers or offer finishing?

At this time, JJ Stitchhouse specializes in canvases only. We’re happy to offer fiber suggestions or direct you to trusted local needlepoint shops for finishing services.

What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us right away. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please reach out and we will help you. 

Can I request a restock?

If a design is sold out, please reach out! Instagram DM is the best way. Many of our designs can be restocked, and we’re happy to let you know availability timelines.

Do you wholesale?

If you’re a retailer interested in carrying JJ Stitchhouse, please contact us for wholesale information and line sheets. Instagram DM is the best way.

Help! I'm a Beginner!
